Recipe Testing: Zucchini Brownies 

I really wanted a brownie for breakfast. I needed to use up some zucchini from my garden. 

  
So I made the zucchini brownies from Crazy for Crust. They were amazing. I made mine with 1/4 c. of brown sugar instead of the specified white sugar. I like my chocolate dark and only sort of sweet. 

I skipped the icing on the main batch, but did add it to a few individual slices. My son declared it very tasty. I’m not an icing person. He is. There is compromise in life. 

I put my serving in my yellow fix container. We will call that good enough 🙂 My weight loss diet starts again today.
